🩵💙 A HAPPY STORY 🩵💙
Lenny (as we called him) arrived at the kennels on Monday after he was picked up as a stray. He was found in the middle of the highway, curled up in a little ball. The person that stopped to pick him up said that many cars almost hit him, but managed to swerve out of the way. Thankfully a good person was kind enough to stop and rescue him. He is blind, mostly deaf and Dr estimates him to be around 16 years old. He is extremely frail, vulnerable and fragile. We believe that he was dumped and discarded. Today he was adopted and went off to one of the best homes that we know of. He is going to live out his last days in love and luxury. Go well Lenny, our hearts are unbelievably happy for you. Tears of joy as you left the kennels, so you can finally know what it means to be unconditionally loved and absolutely adored 💙🩵
