Are you organised, a great communicator, and love working with clients? We're looking for a Booking Agent who can do cold calling, manage client schedules, coordinate appointments, and ensure smooth operations from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
โข Cold Calling
โข Handle Obiections
โข Handle incoming client bookings, inquiries, and follow-ups
โข Maintain and update internal calendars and schedules
โข Provide professional and friendly customer service
โข Work closely with internal departments to ensure smooth ex*****on of services
Requirements:
โข Excellent organisational skills
โข Attention to detail and ability to multitask
โข Strong written and verbal communication
โข Previous experience in admin, coordination or client services is a plus
โข Experience in Cold Calling
โข Afrikaans and English speaking
โข Laptop and stable internet
โข 2. Sales Executive
Are you a natural salesperson with the drive to succeed? We're on the lookout for Sales Executives who are eager to grow within a performance-based environment and help us reach new clients.
Key Responsibilities:
โข Prospect, qualify, and close sales opportunities
โข Build strong client relationships and maintain a pipeline
โข Meet or exceed monthly sales targets

Requirements:
โข Proven experience in sales or client engagement
โข Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
โข Goal-driven, resilient, and self-managed
