Humans really do train for weeks for HYROX — training blocks, protein shakes, sled pushes, burpees, wall balls, ice baths. Very impressive. Very intense. 😅

Meanwhile, dogs do this before 9am, every single day, zero training required:
1. Sled push = dragging you down the road on the leash
2. Wall balls = launching off the fence at literally anything that moves
3. Burpees = zoomies, obviously
4. Farmers carry = proudly parading a stick the length of a small tree

We've been elite athletes since birth. No protein shake, no ice bath, just a nap after.
