We have been having an increase in the amount of customer asking for natural products to groom their pets. After doing a bit of research, it would seem that their are some pet product manufacturers that are leading their customers to believe that their products are natural just to get the sales. This is called green-washing. Please do not use the term natural if you do not understand the full meaning of the word and all of its definitions. It is also against the Competition Commission to advertise your products as natural or even to lead customers to believe your products are natural.

On a side note to customers: Please stop being so fixated on buying natural grooming products for your pets. Natural does NOT mean good, natural does NOT mean safe. Natural does NOT mean from nature.

For eg, essential oils are "natural", however there is a list of essential oils that are highly toxic to your pets.

Think of it this way. How many plants do you know that are poisonous or toxic? They are growing in nature, correct? They are "natural" correct? So does that mean you would use it on your pet?
