Wilfred. Our 6 yr old hero.
We haven’t been very active lately seeing as the past few months revolved around selling and packing up everything we owned. And moving to the Netherlands. We’ve been here for a month and I’m beyond excited that in 16days we’ll be able to fetch this guy! We’ve all missed him tremendously but have been happily watching the videos his lovely foster mom, has been sending of walks, plays and treats! Thanks so so much for taking such good care of him Lisa!!

Fudge. 5yr old Golden Retriever. Today is my last training walk with this guy... he was re-homed two months ago and was never socialised before which meant his interactions with other dogs was not that great at first. Now he loves going to the park and playing in the fountain with all the other shapes and sizes. It’s amazing what even just a short week of focused training and attention can do!

Daisy. This gorgeous princess used to be a bit nervous about walking the streets of her neighborhood, especially when other dogs barked at her from behind their gates. Luckily for her, her mom has taken it upon herself to help Daisy transition into a calmer happier space when they are out and the hard work in desensitising her from these distractions is paying off. Next step, passing other dogs calmly.

The years have left Motley with a few aches and pains, but that doesn’t mean he’s not up for a walk or learning new things.
Knowing that he doesn’t like his sore paw to be touched or that he can’t really sit well anymore means we need to adjust how we go about things and that’s ok.
Make sure to take you fur-friend to the vet if he or she is showing difficulty using any part of their body or won’t let you touch them in curtain areas no matter their age. Catching something earlier rather than later, and adapting your methods makes working with your dog a happier, safer and more rewarding bonding experience!
