I want to warn everyone against making use of All Pets Transport & to never use them for the transportation of your animals. I am also going to ask that you share this post on your wall or groups. We work hard for our money and trust transporters with the safety of our animals, so we have full right to raise awareness.
I was referred to make use of them to transport my dog. I paid in full for her reservation a week before she was meant to be collected from Plett and delivered in CT on the 20th of April. I had to make arrangements for my animal to be cared for whilst I was travelling as well.
Following a series of outreach via whatsapp's and calls, but blatantly being ignored, my call was finally answered by the owner Tiaan last Sunday afternoon (21 April) in which he informed me that their van is broken and will not be collecting my dog as paid & arranged for on Sat, 20 April. (This is after they've had my money for a week, didn't bother advising me that they won't be collecting my animal due to their van being broken! Since WHEN is it the client's responsibility to act as the service provider and follow through with updates re additional arrangements?!) I advised Tiaan as per phone call that I would urgently need to find another courier ASAP as arrangements has been made for my animal to be cared for until the 20th of April & that he needs to transfer my money back asap in order to pay the other courier. I confirmed all with him, sent my bank details and p**f! Gone AGAIN!!
After numerous messages & phone calls every day, I finally got hold of Cornelia's number and again advised her as well, to which I was ignored as well. Being forced to threaten them, I received a voice note back within minutes from Cornelia advising she will make payment on Friday, 26 April. Colour me shocked - NO payment and NO communication again after my messages yesterday.
So here I find myself, true to my word, taking to social media, as Cornelia from All Pets Transpot has not honoured her voice note to me on 25 April saying she will make payment yesterday (26 April), and still nothing and my messages are being ignored AGAIN.

In the end I am glad my animal is not transported by them. I was informed they load all types of animals including birds together with pups. Do you know that birds carry Coccidia, which can be fatal to pups?
