Von Boshé Bengals Breeding Bengals with Wild Looks and Charming Personalities The Breed started in the 1960's with the mating of a wild Asian Leopard Cat with a domestic cat.

More than 40 years of hard work from dedicated breeders have brought us to this point in time where we have a cat that exhibits the look of a wild forest dwelling Leopard Cat, but retains all the habits and affection of a domestic cat.This is the "living room leopard" that cat lovers have been dreaming of for years. They have huge personalities, they are clowns, daredevils, thrill seekers, lovers,

bossy, entertainers and extremely affectionate, but usually not lap-cats, they prefer to be near you but but not on you. They like to be where the action is. When they are in the mood they will seek out the lap of their favourite person.
