We are taking a short break between 3-28 February 2025 to give our staff a much needed break. We are running on skeleton staff for urgent enquiries, our office hours will be from 09h00 am-14h00pm

Thank you to all our clients who graced us with your presence this past season. It was an honour to have your fur babies in our company and to share our home with them. Thank you all for your patience, understanding and continued support.

We are fully booked up over the festive season
Our staff will be working throughout the Christmas and New year period, with our reception closed on Sundays and Public holidays.

We would like to take this opportunity to wish all our clients a very merry Christmas and New Year. If you have plans for next year it's advisable to get booked in early. If you have plans for next year it's advisable to to get booked in early especially in school holidays when it's our busiest time.

Evening everyone, Sorry for the lack Facebook posts but we are extremely busy with lots of things to do and the next few weeks are crazy so to speed things up a notch in reception it would be really helpful if you could email through your updated vaccination records now already, please note dogs need an additional vaccination called kennel cough which needs to be done 14 days prior to check in, we requested these no later than 30 November but some clients are sitting with their records which was done earlier in the year and only submitting now.

It will also speed things up if you could make the final payment (due dates were sent out already) for your booking for December/ January instead of waiting for the due date. This will allow us to close admin in the office so we can concentrate on other matters before everyone arrives. Feel free email the requirements to [email protected] or share via WhatsApp.

🐱🐱Cattery available for December🐱🐱We have added a new cattery for single kitties over the December holidays. These are gold dust right now so if anyone wants a cattery, email our office at [email protected] for availability or speak to Lauren or Kaylen on 082 906 9566.
There is a minimum stay on this cattery of 7days+ as its the busiest month of the calendar year. First come, first served. We hope this can help somebody as we are constantly getting messages saying they have been let down last minute. Please share

Please note we are filling up fast for Christmas this year and almost most of the next year. if you want to make use of our kennels then it's very important to book early. We are on 80% capacity, there are already dates we are full as well in next year.
