OUR HEARTS ARE FULL! ❤️

We honestly don’t quite know how to say thank you enough to the Margot Picard Trust, and trustees Johnny Heuer and Josie Norfolk, for once again showing such incredible support for our rescue dogs. A huge thank you as well to Donna Heuer for helping to make this very generous donation happen.

We were absolutely blown away to receive 40 x 40kg bags of Monty & Me Adult food, 20 x 25kg bags of Monty & Me Puppy food, 300 tins of food and 50 lovely fleece blankets! With all the new puppies currently coming into our care, the puppy food especially could not have arrived at a better time.

When you have so many dogs relying on you every single day, donations like this really do mean the world. It takes a huge amount to keep everyone fed, warm, comfortable and cared for, so support like this takes such a weight off our shoulders and helps us keep doing what we love most - giving these dogs the care, love and second chances they deserve.

Thank you so much for continuing to support Pit Pals and our dogs. We truly appreciate it more than you know. ###

12 out of 12... and then some!!!

You did it. Actually, you MORE than did it. Not only are all 12 of our tiny pups now sponsored, but with all the outpouring of love, most of them have been sponsored twice.

Twice means we don't just have to get by. Twice means we can give them the best of everything. Full little bellies with the best puppy food and milk.

First vaccinations are done and dusted! Second vaccinations and microchip booked for 15 September, they still a tad small for that big needle. And then we will be posting their individual photos for adoption so you can finally meet each little personality properly 😊

And what makes it even more special is who sponsored 🩶 Some of you adopted from us and wanted to send some love their way. Some of you are just beautiful humans who simply cared and couldn't scroll past. And some of you sponsored on behalf of your own beloved dog who has crossed the rainbow bridge, letting their love live on. How special is that!!

From 12 tiny pups who came in with nothing, to 12 babies who now have everything they need because of you.

12 little surprises!!!!

Well... a very determined Romeo jumped the wall to meet his Juliet 🫣 and it resulted in12 puppies, which we collected yesterday.

Mom is beautiful and an adored family dog and will be sterilized through Rescue is Life, so no more surprise litters! But right now we have 12 adorable tiny pups who need our help.

They are doing really well and will be up for adoption SOON (once vaccinated & microchipped, deworming done already) so please no 'I want one' comments just yet 😉 Watch this page, we'll post them individually soon!

For now though, they each need a sponsor please!

The Gem Project Sanctuary have him and hopefully a forever home too 😊

Found in Parklands, Cape Town about a week ago.
He seems trained, walks well on the lead, knows car....
We are not in position to help but we hope that he escaped or was stolen from a loving family.
