I asked Jan Kruger about the price that the pigeons will go for on the sale, and this was his reply:

Thanks for your query. Its difficult to say as the family have not held an auction before. There are always the extreme stories one hears, but having asked a few breeders it seems the babies could go for between R200 to R500. There will be a catalog listing the top birds achievements so +R500. Hope this helps
