Goodness, it's been almost a year since we posted anything! These two little girls, Tammy and Jenny, have kept us super busy since we adopted them nearly 11 months ago from Animal Welfare Society Stellenbosch. They were used for puppy farming and then dumped 💔 but happily they were rescued by AWSS. They have changed our lives!
We have scaled back significantly since becoming pawrents to our girls, as they deserve our fullest attention during their remaining years. But we are available for sits in *Pinelands*. Special rates for rescue dogs (or cats - but don't tell Tammy!).

Help handsome Drake find his fur-ever home! Johannesburg South.

Drake is an almost-one-year-old Beagle cross Pitbull who really hasn't had a great start in life.

Rescued from a homeless person at around 7 weeks old, Drake fell into the lap of luxury. Sadly, his human Mom suffered a stroke, and Drake became too boisterous for her to take care of. Instead of sleeping inside in a warm bed, he was relegated to a small backyard and essentially forgotten about.

His Mom subsequently passed away and Drake has nowhere to go.

A lifeline was offered when a home was found for him on a plot, but this fell through at the last minute, as the new owner didn't realise he was cross Pitty and already has a Rottweiler.

Drake urgently needs a home where he can be an only dog, with plenty of space to run, and lots of attention. He is not socialised with other dogs and untested with cats.
