When you’re a microgreen farmer and you ❤️ your own product because it’s GREAT. Pan seared salmon trout in salted butter froth (prepared medium to rare) on a bed of cruciferous micros (cabbage & broccoli), an orange baked sweet potato and 3 beets. DELICIOUS and SUPER NUTRITIOUS!

‘SUCCULENT SWORDFISH STEAKS’
On a bed of cruciferous leafy Microgreens

What’s the secret (other than the nutritious delectable Microgreens)?

Pan-seared on a drizzle of olive oil, topped with a flavour-bursting compound butter comprising of fresh ginger, fresh garden-picked sage, fresh garlic, lemon zest from home grown lemons, S&P and dried chill flakes.

And for that little extra… 2 steamed beets to bump up the palate. Too delicious not to share. Prep time 5 minutes, cook time 6 minutes… Flavour IMO - 5 star Michelin. 👍
