LEAPS supports all foster homes fully.
We cover all food, medical care, vaccinations, deworming, sterilisation, and vet costs. You’ll always have guidance and backup, so you’re never doing it alone. All we ask from you is a safe space, patience, and love.

Right now, we have an urgent situation:

🐾 Bruno, the sweet boy in the pictures, desperately need a foster home.

He has just gone nine months old, full of love, curiosity, and gentle energy.

With the holiday season here, every kennel is overflowing, and there is nowhere left for them to go. As a pro-life rescue, sending them “to heaven” is our absolute last resort—and we are fighting with everything in us to avoid that.
We just need someone to open their home, even for a short time.

Meet handsome little Frost, an 8-week-old baby boy with the softest fur and the sweetest spirit. ❄️💙
He’s gentle, cuddly, and melts into your arms the moment you pick him up. Frost loves warm laps, tiny naps, and looking at you with those “please love me forever” eyes.

This precious boy is up to date with his first inoculation, dewormed, and has tested negative for FIV/FeLV.
He’s healthy, happy, and ready for a forever family to adore him.

has been an incredible support to LEAPS this year.
They have driven over 350 km from Cape Town to Lamberts Bay and Elands Bay, delivering kennels to our doggies in need and giving so many vulnerable animals a warm, safe place to sleep.

They also stepped in to help us cover a much-needed sterilisation — a priceless gift in a country facing a massive overpopulation crisis. Thanks to Giving is Living- Cape Town , countless animals are now protected from disease, neglect, and the heartbreaking cycle of unwanted litters.

We are truly, deeply grateful for their kindness, compassion, and unwavering commitment to animal welfare.
