Our "Shifting Stereotypes" event yielded very interesting conversations. It was clear that we need to be intentional and deliberate in our actions to change our story.
The topic of "unconscious bias" was unpacked, and inclusiveness in the work place and the community was emphasised.
The panel which included President of the BWA, Mandisa Nkwanyana and Themba Seyisi kept the audience engaged. Thanks to Judith Haupt from Contract-SA and Phiko Peter from Allan Gray. Cape Town Chairperson, Lesley Bam said that she was very pleased with the attendance and the level of engagement. Hope you join us next time!
