Ons vra al ons kliente omverskoning vir die frutrasie met die telefone wat af was.Dit was as gevolg van die plaaslike munisipaliteit wat na bewering die optiese vesel verskaffers se kabels afgegrawe het. Dankie vir u geduld. Ons weet dit was 'n beproewing vir ons almal. Ons is egter besig met stappe om so iets in die toekoms te voorkom. Groete.
We apologize to all our clients with the frustration with the telephone line being down. This was apparently due to the fact that the local municipality damaged the optic fibers from the service provider. Thank you for being patient. It was a difficult time for us all. We are busy taking steps to prevent something like this in future.
