What a wonderful weekend we had at the KUSA classic weekend. Dragon and I traced down for.the Nationals. We.had lots of fun and even managed a 3rd in the Natal Champ show on the Sunday. Was a fantastic way to end Dragons working career. She is now officially on retirement.

This very special girl of mine has done it again. Ch Mythic Dragon of Mechelse IPO 3 CD Ex aka Dragon has added yet another title to her name. Pending KUSA rectification Dragon is now a Rally Dog Champion.

Intermittent fasting is a feeding plan that rotates between fasting and feeding on a regular daily schedule. In practice, this usually means your dog will skip breakfast and Lunch and only eating once a day.

Activates AMPK, which is associated with higher longevity. During that process, the following happens:
1. Cell regeneration. Due to the periodic absence of food, a dog's body goes through a process that destroys unhealthy cells (a main cause of aging) and replaces them with newer healthy cells.
2. Destroy bacteria and viruses. Fasting elevates macrophage activity, which is their first line of defence against harmful bacteria and viruses. This process promotes the growth of healthy gut bacteria, resulting in better gut health.
