Was an extremely long night last night but we are thrilled to report we had no injuries at the shelter, considering the amount of cracker next door, being shot into our grounds. We managed to close up all our problem dogs who are fearful. Of loud noises and the jumpers were sedated. Myself, Sam, Monique, Tom and Isaac sat watch and spoke to any of the stressed dogs from 10 pm till 2 am this morning. I had a new bed friend who spent the night with me. Chloe is terrified so has was tucked into bed with me once I finished my watch.

Gearing up for a night of hell at the shelter out dogs must be medicated to keep them calm, then from 9 pm till 3 am we must be outside ensure no one breaks through fences for windows. I pray all goes well. Why could it not pour with rain today

Gearing up for 2026 and hopefully it is going to be a good year for everyone. We do ask please remember that with the start of the new. Month comes our cries for dog food. We didn't wanna hound anyone over Christmas but Jan is in our door step and food will not hold us long
