There’s nothing quite like a day at the dam — just ask our recent guests who reeled in this beautiful big bass! 👨‍👦💦 This father-son duo made the most of their time at Reedbuck Lodge, creating unforgettable memories and enjoying the thrill of the catch.

Our dam is stocked with bass, and if you're lucky, you might even hook a yellowfish or an eel! Just a reminder — it’s all catch and release, so we can keep the experience alive for future guests. 🐠

Whether you're a seasoned angler or just casting your first line, Reedbuck Lodge is the perfect place to relax, connect, and maybe land the big one!

🚪✨ Our New Entrance is Here! ✨🚪

We’re excited to share that the main gate at Reedbuck Lodge and Game Farm has officially been upgraded – and we couldn’t be happier with the result!

As you arrive, you’ll now be welcomed by a beautifully finished gate featuring a bold new sign with our logo, surrounded by fresh aloe plants and a very special piece of family history – an old train that once belonged to our grandfather. This little engine used to power warm water for workers’ homes at his sawmill, and now it proudly sits at the entrance, a tribute to our roots. 🚂❤️

In the evenings, gentle lighting brings both the train and logo to life, making the entrance warm, welcoming, and easy to spot.

Best of all – no more gate hassles!

✅ Entering is as easy as pressing a button

We’re thrilled that this upgrade will make it easier for guests to find us and feel at home from the very first moment.

What a amazing hunt we had with Abrie Van Wyk and his client's. Well done on all the amazing trophies!

We also took the group to Swaziland for a day to tour arround there and also see the beauty of the country.
