Having an established pre-race routine won’t only help you and your dog to stay calm until the start line, but it will definitely help to focus and perform too!

An example of a prerace routine could be…

👉🏼 Hydrating your dog with a prerun drink about 1-1.5h before your start in a calm space

👉🏼 Letting your dogs use the toilets before giving them some more calm space

👉🏼 Warming up yourself about 45min before your start

👉🏼 Warming up your dog about 20min before your start

🏁 Making sure you get to the start area few minutes early, and enjoy the race!

Do you have a favorite? If had to pick, she’d definitely recommend the Recovery solution and the Joint & mobility powder. On races, not only her dogs love their post effort drink, but she has also noticed improved performance the following day! And as for the mobility powder, her dog Zoom’a swears by it, especially after her two TPLO surgeries 🌼🐾✨
