Meet Canyon! Canyon is a 13 week old Cane Corso puppy who I’ve been working with to help him grow up to be a good member of society! The Cane Corso is an intelligent and loyal breed (as well as handsome, I mean cmon, look at his little face😍) that is reserved with strangers and naturally displays protective/guardian behaviours, so this is not a beginner breed! Socialization is a very important part of raising this breed, so I’m very happy Canyon’s owners have been so dedicated right from the start 🤍

Had a great session on the weekend starting to condition the ecollar with handsome mister Henry! His owner wanted to ensure reliability with his recall as he’s off leash with her in the woods a lot and you never know what might run across your path, and Henry’s safety is top priority. This team has done a great job in getting an absolutely solid recall so that we could move to this next step of starting to add in the ecollar!

Eila has come such a long way in the last year. She was quite dog reactive before, and that was a challenge for us to work through due to her past experiences, her breed, and my need to level up as a handler and trainer. We started working with another dog trainer a year ago (because even trainers need trainers, and I’m lucky enough to get to work with 2 of the best trainers around🫶🏼) and we had to prepare Eila for another dog entering the household. I’m so proud of where Eila is at, and she is the best big sister to little Percy 🤍
