Dear friends and supporters, due to decisions made by our investors and certain powers that be, QScapes will be transitioning out of our physical retail space in Altoona and returning to an office and warehouse setup. This change is due to lower sales in the Altoona location, particularly in the core services that are the driving force of our business—like ponds, enclosures, aquascapes, living walls, and water features—while we've seen growth in other locations. Even though we won't have a physical storefront, we will continue to offer all our specialized services online, and we will also make sure to fulfill all existing orders and maintenance commitments in the Altoona area. Additionally, all the products that were available in-store, including fish, aquatic plants, and more, will now be accessible through our online store. To help with this transition, we're offering a 25% discount on all fish in-store and a 50% discount on axolotls. We don't have a set closing date yet, but we expect it to be within the next few weeks. Thank you, Altoona, for your continued support—we truly appreciate you all!
