Christmas doesn’t have to be perfect to be special 🎄🐕

As we brought out the Christmas decorations, our dogs brought the chaos.
Some posed like pros, some tried to eat the props, and some just wanted to know where the treats were 😅

These pups may not know it’s Christmas, but they certainly enjoy the attention and the fun.

Thank you for being part of our Jai family this year.
Wishing you a cosy and joyful holiday!

Christmas Eve brings a sense of warmth, reflection, and generosity — and it’s also our final call for this year’s Vaccination Appeal. 📣

Tonight, many street dogs in Thailand will fall asleep without protection from deadly diseases like rabies, parvo, and distemper. A single vaccine can spare them suffering and offer a safer future.

If you’re able to extend kindness this evening, your gift — one that lasts long after the holidays — could make this Christmas feel brighter for a dog who’s never known a home.

💉 £5 could vaccinate three dogs against deadly diseases
💊 £20 could provide vital protection from fleas, ticks, and heartworms
🚑 £100 could fund our vaccination clinic for a full day

🐾 Please donate today: https://jaidogrescue.org/christmas-vaccination-appeal-2025/

Thank you for sharing your love and care with the dogs who rely on us all year round. Your compassion means everything. 🙌

Chaoguay is one of many community dogs who quietly belong to the neighbourhoods that look out for them 🏘️🐕

When she was hit by a car near the local restaurant she lives at, people nearby quickly reached out to us for help. The impact left her with a serious injury to her left hind leg, and after careful assessment, our veterinary team determined that amputation was the kindest way to relieve her pain and give her the best chance at recovery.

The surgery went smoothly, followed by dedicated post-operative care and rehabilitation. After three weeks of rest, healing, and gentle encouragement, Chaoguay was back on her feet and ready to return to the place she calls home.

This is what community compassion looks like — people noticing, acting, and making sure no dog is left to suffer alone.
And thanks to the continued support of people like you, dogs like Chaoguay can access the urgent veterinary care they desperately need.

Please donate today. Every pound helps save lives ❤️‍🩹

When Maya was brought to us, her injuries told a heartbreaking story 💔🐈

After being run over by a car, her left hind leg was so badly damaged that amputation was the only option to save her life. Our veterinary team cleaned her wound, treated the infection, ran a feline triple test (negative), and gave her core vaccines before performing surgery with great care.

She remained at Jai Dog Hospital for two weeks, receiving careful post-surgery care until she was strong enough to start her next chapter 🔜

That chapter begins with love. Maya has now been adopted by the kind family who first reached out for help — turning compassion into action, and action into a forever home.

Stories like Maya’s are only possible because of continued support from people like you.

We’re halfway through December, and while our Christmas Vaccination Appeal has made wonderful progress, we’re not there yet. Street dogs in Thailand still rely on our team for protection, especially during the busy festive season, when they’re most often overlooked.

Vaccines don’t just save lives — they give dogs comfort, safety, and a kinder tomorrow.
💉 £5 could vaccinate three dogs against deadly diseases
💊 £20 could provide vital protection from fleas, ticks, and heartworms
🚑 £100 could fund our vaccination clinic for a full day

Your support this month helps us reach more dogs before the year ends. If you haven’t had the chance to give yet, there’s still time. Every gift shows these dogs they’re not forgotten this Christmas!

When Bambi was found wandering the streets alone, she was skin and bones — weak, flea-infested, and desperately unwell. It was clear she wouldn’t survive much longer without urgent help, so our team rushed her straight to Jai Dog Hospital 🚑

There, we discovered the full extent of her condition: severe anaemia, hypoglycaemia, high blood protein, blood parasites, and pneumonia. For such a tiny, fragile dog, these issues were life-threatening.

Despite everything, this brave girl kept fighting. With treatment, care, and plenty of love, Bambi slowly came back to life — and after six weeks, she made a full recovery ❤️‍🩹

Her bubbly nature soon won the hearts of a wonderful family, who opened their home to her and gave her the happy life she always deserved. Here’s to Bambi’s fresh start, her second chance, and a future filled with nothing but love 🏡🐾

Help us rescue more dogs like Bambi and give them the happy endings they deserve.

🍂 Our senior Jai Dogs have taught us something beautiful: love isn’t one-size-fits-all.

Some want endless cuddles.
Some get the zoomies the moment they see a lead.
Some treasure their quiet corner and prefer you admire them from afar.
And a few would quite like you to leave their treats alone and let them nap in peace.

Every day, our team provides personalised care — meals, medications, grooming, walk time, play time, and comfort — so each senior can spend their golden years feeling safe, understood, and deeply loved.

Their love language guides us, and your support makes this care possible 💕

Today, on International Animal Rights Day, we’re reminded that every dog deserves safety, dignity, and the chance to feel loved.

At Jai Dog Rescue, our CNVR programme, rescue work, lifelong shelter care, local rehoming, and community outreach are all built on one belief: their lives matter.

Let’s stand together for the dogs who can’t speak for themselves.
🏠 Adopt if you're able.
🐾 Donate if you can.
❤️ Share if your heart cares.

It’s getting cooler in Thailand, which can only mean one thing at the Farm… sun-basking season is officially ON! ☀️⛱️

Winter here at our shelter in Nakhon Nayok isn’t chilly like the northern provinces, but the breeze is just right for a cosy sun nap. And trust us, nobody enjoys this “perfect weather window” more than our dogs!

They stretch out on the warm ground, close their eyes, and soak in the sunshine, enjoying the peaceful life they’ve found at the Farm. Little moments like this remind us why providing safety and comfort matters so much, and it’s all possible thanks to the kind support of people like you 🐶💕
