Please consider Adoption.
Everyday young dogs are found unwanted, living on the streets - most of them are females.

Please talk to friends, family, coworkers and associates about getting their dogs Sterilized to prevent the birth of more unwanted animals.
There are already too many dogs and not enough good homes for all of them. Birth Control saves lives and prevents suffering.

We always try to introduce our adoptable dogs to cats, so they may find a caring home with cats. Sometimes they bond and love each other.

Here are two of our rescues resting. Betty is the dog, and Sweets is the cat - they adore each other.

Dogs may have a home but they are not always happy or healthy, cared for or even touched. Look at the ticks on this dog!
Her gums are as white as a sheet.

Good, caring people please pay attention to animals around you, try to notice dogs in distress and help them 🙏

Yesterday we took five female dogs to PASH to be spayed. One was trapped on the street and four from a home that was never going to get them spayed. In this case it is not due to lack of funds, its because they do not care. One of their dogs had a few thousand ticks on her, one has terrible mange and all four were chained day and night since they were pups :(

We need help to pay the clinic for their spay surgery, the bill is $300 total.

Everyday more and more dogs need our help, our care. The Sanctuary needs your support to survive. Please consider donating.

Hello, we hope everyone is having a wonderful day.
We named the TVT DOG, ADAM, after our very first rescue that came to the Sanctuary nine years ago. He was a senior street dog who spent his final few years living very happily here.

Adam is doing well, he is looking much better after two treatments - Thank you PASH for caring for him. Today is his second day with us and he is already allowing us to touch and pat him - this is wonderful news.

Thank you to everyone who helps us to help dogs like Adam. Your love and support allows this life saving work to continue and we are forever grateful ♥

She has been growing up on the streets of Lautoka City, we trapped her yesterday to spay. She is available for adoption into a good home.

Our recent rescue with TVT in his eye has had two chemotherapy sessions and his lesions are much smaller. Today we picked him up from PASH CLINIC and brought him back to the Sanctuary where he will most likely spend the rest of his days, unless someone kind adopts him.

His rescue post recieved a lot of attention but it did not raise enough funds to cover his bill of $610.10. The balance was $323.10 and we had to pay it today.

Every single month, our basic expenses for dog food and vet bills exceeds our incoming donations. We are always in a deficit but we MUST continue helping.

We need help to find a reliable welder in the Lauotoka to Ba area who can make a few more of these cages for us.

This cage was made 3 months ago and the doors have already fallen off - material is so expensive - we want to get in touch with someone who cares and takes pride in quality workmanship.

Can a welder please help us.

A big thank you to Leticia Tikoisuva for the wonderful gifts of cages, dog beds and towels for our senior dogs.

We gave a lovely big bed to Rontu, our three legged boy and he loves it very much! He is full of gratitude.
Rontu is a very important part of this sanctuary community, as a senior he is very well respected by all the dogs and he does a good job of instilling discipline amongst the newcomers.

Last night there was post about a dog in Tavakubu Lautoka with his eyes poked out. It took us a few hours to find him and the good news is that his eyes are not poked out, he has vision in both - he has TVT( transmissible Venereal Tumor, a type of cancer )

He is with us tonight and we will take him to the PASH clinic tomorrow for chemo.
