🚨 Important Update for My U.S. Customers 🚨
I absolutely love being able to share my handcrafted leads and collars across the border. Unfortunately, the new U.S. tariffs on Canadian leather goods being received through postal services are steep. For example, a lead that is $150 USD will also now incur $52.50 USD Reciprocal Tariff fee. See an example below.
While larger businesses may be able to absorb this, I simply cannot. As a small maker who makes all of her products by hand, I cannot absorb these extra fees without it impacting the sustainability of what I do. This means that if you choose to purchase a lead from me, my U.S. customers will have to take on the cost of duties at purchase.
I know this isn’t the news anyone wanted (myself included) but I have to let you know before you get surprised on your invoice. If you choose to purchase from me, I will have to add on the cost of the tariff.
Thanks for your understanding. I hope that the circumstances change in the future so that I can continue to provide you with pretty things for the show ring.
