Hauling round bales today and the gravel road we were on had the most wild flowers I've ever seen. I took a little extra time to pick some before we headed home this afternoon. It really is the little things 🩷💐🥰

Us girls are baling alfalfa today. We started out with our sunnies on, then we ate goldfish and string cheese, turned around backwards and watched dad bundling bales on the other side of the field, and now she's taking a nap. I dont know what I did to deserve her, but she is such a fabulous baby. I would take a thousand days just like this with her.

When the UV is high, the girls trade their breeches for bikinis ☀️☀️☀️
This might not be a fancy swimming pool, but this is absolutely my dream and the whole reason I wanted to have our farm. Getting to share our barn and home and make memories with the kids. I love this so much and I'm so glad this is all of our happy place. I cant wait until Callie gets a little bigger and can go swimming with "the big girls"

We only have a limited amount of first cutting alfalfa left so reach out if you're interested! Not sure when second cutting will go with all of this rain we are getting.

This weather is a double edged sword for sure- raining every other/every third day isn't a haymakers ideal forecast but I cant wait to see what our prairie hay does the end of July after such nice rains this summer! Feels good to be catching up with how dry it has been the last several years ... Hoping to see the farm ponds filling up again!

Wanting to wish big thank yous to Clayton Martin for coming to the barn this past weekend, the riders who participated, and Angie McClelland for organizing! It was great to have a break in the rain for some perfect rides outdoors!
