In case you missed yesterday's photos, Posh's pups are 4 -weeks old. We had a medical emergency here yesterday. My oldest son had a seizure at work. I didn't get Posh's litter photos uploaded to the Flickr album. Working on it in between the chaos. Here is what I notice about these photos. This is an excellent example of how you can't tell a pup's size from photos. To me, all four of those pups look very similar in size. However, we have two small toys, a large toy, and a small minaiture.

Ty is finally getting his appetite back and eating his Lucky Dog Cuisine. However, at first, he would not eat the carrots or green beans. He would eat everything but those. Which was strange, because before he got sick, if I tossed him a green bean from my plate, he would gobble it up. The only conclusion I could come to was that he must only like the LIBBY's BRAND! He's finally eating it all! (sigh)

This was an interesting Instagram post. I'm sure nothing will change with Rabies, but the point they made was, "If there are things in children's vaccines that are concerning, can you imagine what is in dog vaccines?" That is a very legitimate concern. There are many things added to dog vaccines that are not allowed in human vaccines.

This is Posh & Bear's only male. They had one just like him in their last litter, but he was much larger. This guy is pretty perfect, very compact, gorgeous hair and phantom markings. While Tim was holding him for the photos, he remarked, "We can't make them much better than this! He's very dark chocolate, because his grandfather is Thor!

Welcome to Texas T’s Toy Schnauzers

We are a small family breeder of Teacup, Toy, & Miniature Schnauzers located in San Antonio, Tx. Our family started raising Schnauzers because they are delightful family pets, and we wanted to share the wonderful qualities of this breed with other families. Our Teacups, are defined as 3-6 lbs as an adult and 8-9inches tall at the shoulder. The smaller size makes them very portable, ideal traveling companions, and easy to handle for those who have bad backs or weight restrictions. Our Toy Schnauzers are 7-11 lbs as adults and are 10-11 inches at the shoulder. AKC standards for the Miniature Schnauzers are 12-14 inches at the shoulder and they will weigh approximately 12-20 lbs. A highly social breed, Miniature Schnauzers make a great addition to any family, and make wonderful pets for children. They are highly intelligent, very loyal, easily trained, and relatively free of health problems. On a more practical note, we LOVE the fact that they do not shed. Schnauzers are listed on the AKC's top 10 list (out of 175+ breeds) for intelligence and for being hypoallergenic. They are perfect for family members who have allergies! All of our pups are well socialized and come to you with tails docked, dew claws removed, up-to-date shots, a certified health certificate, and a one year health guarantee. Our dogs are beloved family pets who live in our home, and all of our pups are sold as "Pet Only". Our pricing varies with size, color, and coat/hair quality. In general, miniatures start at $600, Toys start at $800, and our teacups start at $2500.
