Here is the thing about Crackle.

She did not ask to be this cute. And yet, here we are.

Crackle is a four-months-old female kitten at our Santa Barbara campus, and she is sweet in a way that feels almost suspicious. Like she has figured out that being friendly solves most problems. She enjoys people, attention, and being included, and she approaches all three with great enthusiasm and very little hesitation.

If you are looking for a kitten who will immediately act like you are best friends, Crackle is ready to commit. We are open for adoptions from 12 to 4:30 PM every day of the week except Wednesdays.

IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT. PLEASE READ WITH ENTHUSIASM.

We currently have a group of puppies who are all perfect, and we love them. All of them. No notes.

Let us get organized, because this is a lot of excellence.

Photo 1: Vander
A two-month-old Labrador mix who looks like he is ready to lead a meeting, a movement, or at least a very serious game of tug.

Photo 2: Mylo
Also a two-months-old Labrador mix and clearly someone who believes rules are suggestions and joy is mandatory.

Photo 3: Dean
A three-month-old Chihuahua mix with strong protector energy and the kind of confidence that suggests he would absolutely take the first watch. Loyal, alert, and very sure he has your back. No word on his feelings about pie, but we will keep you updated.

Photo 4: Ekko
A two-month-old Labrador mix who appears to be thinking deeply about something important, like snacks or naps or both.

Photo 5: Jinx
Another two-month-old Labrador mix who is pure chaos in the most delightful way. We support her choices.

Photo 6: Mack, Huckleberry, and Sawyer
A trio of five-month-old Chihuahua mixes who have clearly seen some things and decided they are still fun. Shy, sweet, and very comfortable being adorable together.

Photo 7: Vi
A two-month-old Labrador mix with strong main-character energy and a face that says, “Yes, I know I am cute.”

Photo 8: Sam
A three-month-old Chihuahua mix with thoughtful eyes and gentle curiosity, the kind of pup who looks like he is already planning the next move and making sure everyone is okay. Just...don't call him Moose.

These puppies are the future. They are joy. They are hope. And they deserve the best homes imaginable.

They are available for adoption at our Santa Barbara campus. We are open for adoptions from 12 to 4:30 PM every day except Wednesdays.

Some puppies are made of chaos.
Some puppies are made of sunshine.

Percy is very clearly the second one.

Four-month-old Percy is a Queensland/Shepherd mix at our Santa Barbara Campus who looks like he has been personally handlit by the sun. He sits in golden patches of light like he knows he is being admired, soaking it all in, quietly radiating good intentions and soft puppy thoughts.

He is sweet, playful, and full of that fun, hopeful energy that feels like a warm afternoon you wish would last longer. Percy seems to love playing with other dogs, exploring the world one careful step at a time, and then circling back for cuddles just to make sure you are still there. He can be a little shy at first, but once he decides you are safe, he leans all the way in, emotionally and physically.

This is a puppy who has clearly been taking notes. Watching. Learning. Growing braver every day. The kind of pup who gets sweeter with time and turns quiet moments into something special.

Percy is ready to grow up in a home filled with patience, playtime, and lots of sunny spots on the floor. Come meet him at our Santa Barbara Campus and see if your life could use a little more light.

We are open for adoptions from 12 to 4:30 PM every day except Wednesdays.

Hanging out, down the street,
a brand new kitten you just have to meet.

That kitten is Kelso.

Kelso is a two-month-old kitten at our Santa Maria campus, and he is bringing very strong, wide-eyed curiosity and “I meant to do that” confidence to everything he tries. He is small, earnest, and fully committed to investigating the world one questionable decision at a time.

If you are ready for kitten antics, tiny paws, and a whole lot of personality packed into a very small package, Kelso would love to meet you.

Kelso is available for adoption at our Santa Maria campus. We are open for adoptions from 12 to 4:30 PM every day except Wednesdays.

Attention, Hawkins residents.

Something strange is happening at the Santa Maria campus.

A group of three-month-old Pit Bull/Doberman Pinscher mix puppies has appeared, and their names are Max Mayfield, Dustin Henderson, Robin Buckley, Eleven, and Nancy Wheeler. Coincidence? We think not.

They are small. They are powerful. They are learning about the world one paw at a time. They have not opened any portals (that we know of), but they are absolutely opening hearts.

These puppies are in their “everything is new, exciting, and possibly a little mysterious” era. The bikes are imaginary. The upside down is nap time. The Demogorgon is just the vacuum.

If your household is ready for puppy energy, patience, training, and the occasional dramatic moment, one of these little legends might be your perfect match.

Adopt responsibly. Trust the process. Protect Hawkins.

These puppies are available for adoption at our Santa Maria campus. We are open for adoptions from 12 to 4:30 PM every day except Wednesdays.

Friends do not let friends miss out on puppies like these.

Mondays can be rough. Mondays after a holiday can be especially rough.

You know what helps? A really cute puppy.

Milo is a three-month-old Aussie/Rottweiler mix at our Santa Maria campus, and he is bringing very strong “reset your whole week” energy. He is friendly, playful, and seems to think every person he meets might be his new best friend. He is curious, bouncy, and ready to learn what being a dog in a home is all about.

If your Monday could use a bright spot, Milo is available for adoption at our Santa Maria campus. We are open for adoptions from 12 to 4:30 PM every day except Wednesdays.

Sometimes the week just needs a puppy to get back on track.

Okay. Breathe. You are calm. You are mysterious. You are not thinking about running at full speed across a yard like a cartoon character right now.

Hi. I am Shadow. I am a five-year-old Husky mix at our Santa Maria Campus. I have many thoughts. Most of them are about running. Some are about snacks. A few are about why squirrels are Like That.

I am the kind of dog who would thrive with a big, secure backyard where I can fully express my zoomies without judgment. I would also prefer a cat-free household, mostly because I do not trust their whole vibe and they definitely do not trust mine.

I enjoy companionship, fresh air, and moments where I stare into the distance like I am remembering something important. I am loyal, expressive, and ready to bring main-character energy to your daily routine.

Come meet me during adoption hours, from 12 to 4:30 PM every day of the week except Wednesdays.

Please, please, please do not overlook Sabrina.

This five-month-old American Shorthair at our Santa Maria Campus may be shy at first, but give her a little time and she will quietly steal your heart. Sabrina is sweet, gentle, and thoughtful, the kind of kitten who prefers slow introductions and cozy moments over rushing into the spotlight.

She is learning that love can be soft, patient, and safe. With consistency, kindness, and a calm home, Sabrina will come into her own and show you just how affectionate she can be.

Some love stories start loud. This one starts quietly and lasts.

We are open for adoptions from 12 to 4:30 PM every day of the week except Wednesdays.

Excuse me, Mr., Gwen is not Just a Girl.

She is a mood. A presence. A carefully curated album of soft naps, selective affection, and strong personal boundaries.

At two-years-old, Gwen is a Domestic Shorthair at our Santa Maria Campus who knows exactly who she is. She is happy to lounge like it is Sunday Morning, take life at her own pace, and let the World Go Round without getting too worked up about it. She enjoys being close to her person without being glued to them. Affection? Yes. Chaos? No. Pick-ups are optional and only after you have proven you can do it respectfully.

Gwen is calm, confident, and quietly Happy Now, the kind of cat who understands that The Climb is really just finding the perfect sunny spot and settling in. She will absolutely meow Hey You when she is ready for attention and expects you to listen.

If you are looking for a cat who values independence, connection, and letting things unfold naturally, there's No Doubt that Gwen might be your perfect match. Come meet Gwen at our Santa Maria Campus. We are open for adoptions from 12 to 4:30 PM every day of the week except Wednesdays.
