August 28th marks Rainbow Bridge Remembrance Day, a day to honor our pets that have passed on. For those looking to honor pets that have crossed the rainbow bridge, CLAWS will be making a special memorial post on our Facebook and Instagram pages that day. To participate, simply send a donation in any amount with the words “Rainbow Bridge” and your pet’s name(s) and we will include those names in our memorial graphic.

Donations can be sent via venmo or Zelle ([email protected]).

All donations must be received by 11:59pm on Wednesday, August 27th to be included.

Help us reach our goal of fundraising $55,000 to celebrate the fabulous 55 years that CLAWS has been saving animals and advocating for animal welfare in Bergen and Hudson Counties. Yet again, we are blown away by the dedication and generosity of the next generation of animal rescuers! Thank you to Francesco, a local young man, who fundraised for and built three feral cat shelters. These shelters will be an amazing blessing to our feral cat colonies and their comfort during the extreme weather. We appreciate this generous donation! Thank you again Francesco!!! ❤️
