Hey guys just wanted to share about how important it is to microchip and update your babies information if it changes!
This guys name is Sebastian. He is one of my Daisy x Rage babies well I microchip any and all dogs that are born into the Droze fur baby family. So when they leave to go to their new home even when they are also registered to their new family so when they get lost I still get a call saying “Hey we picked up one of your babies” that’s my no shelter policy.
Well this sweet/bad boy lol according to his mom decided he wanted to follow his dad out the long driveway Thursday morning and it was just for a minute. Well he got picked up 🤦‍♀️. My phone rang I called his Mom and of course she answered with “Jennie it was only a minute, he waits for the kids to get off the bus in the afternoon and just thought he was going to the end of the road, I’m so mad at him!” I said well he’s with the animal control. She said “good let him stay in jail overnight think about what he did!” Lol well next message I get is a picture of him 🤣😆😂 saying he made bail!!
I said I guess you caved haha.
The point of my story is if you do or don’t have one of my babies or if you move or change your phone number it’s very important to change it on your microchip just in case your pet decides to adventure out and not find their way back home or even get injured. So that you can be contacted. Or so that if I have your pet I can contact you. 😘🐾

This is an X-ray of a dog’s bent front leg. See that tiny white spec? That’s a microchip! It has migrated down the leg....far from where it was inserted, between the dog’s shoulders. This is actually quite common.....

When lost pets are scanned, the entire body SHOULD be scanned to catch any that have migrated. But, as an owner, IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY AT THEIR YEARLY VET EXAM, to ask for a quick scan to make sure that: (1) the chip is still working, (2) the location of the chip is good, and (3) that the chip info is correct.

Remember microchips save lives and reunite families with their pet.... just have it checked regularly!
