4 december 2019 was the day that Alèze got official.

Exactly 2 years ago I signed all the papers to start my very own small business. Way too soon, because my products weren’t perfect, not even close. Lucky that I literally put all my time into learning to get to a higher level of delivering quality products to my (amazing) customers.

In these 3 pictures you can see Alèze’s story evolve and change. From a single leash to a brand from which products were shipped to different countries all over the world.

I wouldn’t have gotten so far without the support I had from family, friends, colleagues and customers.

I can write a whole book about what Alèze brought me, but the most amazing thing definitely is my current job. I get to do what many dream of and I am eternally grateful for that.

Since I’m doing my job with all the love and effort I have, I’ll end my small business this month. I won’t be making orders anymore, BUT I will do what I always loved: crafting with my cords as a HOBBY and enjoy the peace of making things without deadlines.

Not an ending at all, just a new chapter 🌈

I met Jeff a few days ago on here and I must say that I’m already a big fan of his ambitions.

I tried one of his designs but with a smaller core. I’m going to try it with smaller types of cord, because this is waaay to heave for my small wrists 😅

Heavenly 🌟

Although I really like this knot and even like making it, this is only the second time I have made it 🤭

I think the edge is very well thought out. The pity is that the border is really separated from the inside and with this band you notice that quite strongly. Many other buttons also have a clear separation, but I think it's more obvious here.

A new knot from someone I really look up to, so I had to try it asap.

I used some type 1 paracord to give some extra power to the middle of the collar.

The colours are unknown. Had them laying around for a long time.

Door het wegvallen van de vele acties staan wij vandaag op een helling, niet wetende welke kant deze uit zal gaan en verdikke… alleen al eraan denken doet ons enorm veel pijn.
