🧬 Providing a species-appropriate diet is crucial for an animal’s health and ability to thrive, as not all foods align with an animal’s biological requirements.

🐱≠🐹 For example, you wouldn’t feed a hamster a diet meant for a cat and expect them to thrive. And vice versa!
