A great horse person never stops learning. Ready to shake off the winter blues and learn a new skill? Join us at Braecrest for a day focused on long lining!
Long Lining Clinic โ Theory, Safety & Hands-On Practice
After a long winter, many of us are ready to get back to the basics with our horses and head into the new season with fresh tools and ideas. Join us at Braecrest Farm for a relaxed and informative day focused on one of the most useful and often misunderstood training tools โ long lining.
Whether you are developing young horses, working through training challenges, or simply wanting to improve your feel and communication from the ground, long lining can be an incredibly valuable part of a horseโs education.
The clinic will be taught by Claire Hunter, owner of Braecrest Farm. Claire has spent more than two decades breeding, training, and developing sport horses, with a strong focus on thoughtful horsemanship, groundwork, and understanding the horseโs mind as well as their body.
