This is just a small glimpse into a day in the life of Keri. We wish every hour of her day could be spent out in the field playing with the dogs, soaking up their joy and watching them run free.

What you don’t always see are the countless behind-the-scenes hours — cleaning kennels and crates, feeding, administering medications, doing laundry, scrubbing floors, and then cleaning all over again. The work is endless, exhausting, and often thankless.

But this is what Keri does every single day for the many dogs and animals in her care. She gives them safety, comfort, compassion, and a chance at a better life. Rescue is not glamorous — it is hard work powered by an enormous heart.

MILLIE'S STORY
Millie was purchased by a couple who adored her, worked with her on socialization, crate trained her, and house trained her. In the end, they made the responsible decision to rehome her — they lived on a main highway, were unable to put up a fence or commit to leash walks, and knew the situation wouldn't be safe for an energetic young pup.
Millie has been in foster care in Louisiana for 6 weeks. She shares her meals nicely with her foster pup friends and runs and plays with a variety of canines during yard time. She is a young puppy full of love and ready to bless your family with affection. ❤️
