Job description:
The ideal candidate has a passion for food and beverage, the ability to connect with guests and staff alike, and natural leadership to drive the team to perform at its best.
A natural in the F&B world, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest levels of hospitality while leading service on the floor. You will be in charge of training and mentoring newcomers as well as improving skills for existing employees. You will work closely with the restaurant owners and the sales & marketing staff.
Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day activities and run the restaurant to create a cheerful and positive atmosphere
Create innovative programs and promotions that drive revenue through increased guest patronage
Aid in financial controlling to maximise profitability
Train new recruits & established personnel
Assist owners & employees to create/maintain an ideal working environment (team building, etc.)
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years' of the full-service restaurant or hotel management.
- Flexibility in working hours and a willingness to cover shifts as needed.
- Ability to multi-task, organize and prioritize work.
- Attention to detail
- A desire to keep the restaurant at the forefront of the Saigon food scene
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: 30mil - negotiable
