Exciting changes are happening at our clinic 🚧

We would like to sincerely apologise in advance for any inconvenience over the coming weeks as our clinic undergoes some much-needed expansion, upgrades and improvements.

From 21/05 until approximately 08/06, our clinic will be a little noisier, busier, and messier than usual while renovation works are taking place. During this time, we will also be operating at approximately 50% capacity to ensure the safety and comfort of both our patients and visitors.

We understand this may cause some delays or limited appointment availability, and we truly appreciate your patience and understanding while we work to create a better space for you and your pets. 🐾

Thank you for continuing to support us during this transition period. These upgrades are being made to improve our facilities, workflow and overall experience for our clients and animals, and we cannot wait to share the finished results with you.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT OUR EMERGENCY HOTLINE 🚨

We hope you never need to, but if you are calling our emergency hotline outside of clinic hours, please allow the phone to ring at least 6 times to reach . The call needs time to forward to our on-call staff member. We understand how stressful emergencies can be, so please wait for the call to forward.

Please also note that:
⚠️ The emergency hotline is NOT answered directly by a veterinarian.
⚠️ The person answering the line cannot provide medical advice or triage over the phone.

The purpose of the emergency line is to notify our on-call veterinarian that there is an emergency and they need to travel to the clinic to meet you and your pet there.

Public Holiday Notice 🇻🇳
With Reunification Day today (30/04) and International Workers’ Day tomorrow (1/05), we would like to keep you informed about our availability and instructions on these public holidays.

We remain available for your pets, however, appointments must be booked in advance, as the clinic gate will remain closed during these dates. Our vets will also be spending time with family and friends, so availability is limited.

Please note our fees for these days:
• Consultation (9:00 AM – 4:00 PM): 1,000,000 VND
• Emergency (outside these hours): 3,000,000 VND

Dental scaling helps remove tartar above and below the gum line, which is one of the main causes of periodontal disease. Keeping on top of dental care is so important, as dental disease is one of the most common conditions affecting both dogs and cats, and it can be quite painful.

If it’s been a while or you want to book your pet's first dental consultation, don't hesitate to message us. Our team is here to support your pet’s ongoing oral health and well-being. 🐾

Happy Birthday, Dr Cynthia 🎉 You’re not just an amazing vet and our incredible clinic manager, you are also one of the most adventurous, outdoorsy, and all-around fun people we know (and yes, still Da Nang’s taco-eating champion 🌮).

Keeping your furry friends hydrated is crucial, especially in the heat wave we are currently experiencing ☀️

Just like us, pets can suffer from dehydration, so make sure fresh water is always available. You can also add extra water to your pet’s food to help keep them hydrated. A well-hydrated pet is a happy pet!

If your pet seems lethargic or has pale gums, book an appointment with one of our vets immediately.

POISON ALERT IN CAM HA, HOI AN🚨

We have some worrying news that poison has been found in 4 different places in Cam Ha over the last few days. The poison was found new parks where children play and dogs roam free. No one is safe!

Please be extra careful and if you see the poison, please dispose of it carefully. Please never let your pets out your sight and that includes in your garden. Thieves climb high gates/walls to steal animals. Make sure your dog is always on a leash and wearing a muzzle when you go out for walks.

If you find poison, take it to the nearest police and report the poisoning.

Make sure you have our phone number saved in case of emergency.
