“My friend is the main character of the painting. He’s a world traveler and he loves to help people at wherever he goes to. The dots between every letter of the title are kind of the places that he has visited, so many of them which feels like it’s been a long journey. Sometimes he just goes and stays and then keeps going for a while. The little faces on the left are disabled and orphaned children at charitable homes. Many of them are the victims of the Orange Agent in the Vietnam war. Almost every year, my friend comes back to Vietnam to visit the kids, to give them gifts, sing and play with them all day. His favourite band is Passenger. As I wanted to make it a bit different, I created the name P.A.S.S.E.N.G.E.R.”

I’ve waited for months to finally frame all my paintings. They look quite good when framed together as one. There’s only this little piece which is smaller than the rest (25x25cm). The name is Cannabis Kakapo (Kakapo parrot). It was the first painting that I made when I started my project and it’s always in my top 3 most favorite ones.

🖼️ The collection, called Party Animals, is about a group of endangered animals gathered together for a big party while the whole world is quickly falling apart because of the actions of people, quite possibly leading every species to the 6th mass extinction. Even though the future seems not-so-bright, each one of the animals is still having fun and are happy to be together - like it’s the best day of their lives.

I’m happy to introduce a little project that I made in 2022 featuring 13 small paintings.

The collection, called Party Animals, is about a group of endangered animals gathered together for a big party while the whole world is quickly falling apart because of the actions of people, quite possibly leading every species to the 6th mass extinction. Even though the future seems not-so-bright, each one of the animals is still having fun and are happy to be together - like it’s the best day of their lives.

I’ll post 2 paintings every day for 2 weeks. Hope everybody will like it. After this collection, there are even more interesting works I can’t wait to show.

For the last few years I’ve been too busy creating art to make a living. It didn’t mean that I didn’t have fun working on buddha or moon paintings. I just think now is the time for me to start focusing on myself, my passion and doing things I’m happy with. I’ve been hiding my personal art collection, something I should have published before. With this collection, the materials I use are acrylic and oils on canvas, with the help that comes from music and experiences I’ve had in life for my inspiration. That’s how I tell my stories - through my paintings. I hope everyone will like it.
