Happy Friday Farmers Market Friends!

We are closed tomorrow, April 5th, but.. we will have events every single Saturday from April 12th all the way until the end of November!!! outdoor season is almost here! ☀️🍅🥓🪻🥖🥬

You’ve still got some time left to apply for outdoor market season, which includes Saturdays at and Wednesdays Downtown!

To qualify for market, you must be within a 50 miles radius of and grow something that you sell or incorporate into what you make!

Check out our website for more information on applying and being a part of the network of over 100 local producers!!

Soup and Sandwich Sunday: Today's soup included Blue Hubbard squash that was oven-roasted, reserved and butter added, then combined with Fiddlehead K**b Pioppino mushrooms, Prosper Valley Farm garlic (last three from the Rochester Farmers Markets) and onion that was browned in olive oil. Chicken bone broth, pepper, Herbs de Provence, Korean-style Yangnyeom sauce, apple cider vinegar, toasted sesame seed oil, Estes Park (Colorado) Spice Co Sonrisa traditional red hot sauce, and Madame Chu's Satay Peanut Nyonya from Food Union were added, brought to a simmer and left to come together. Finished with Green Leaf Grove, LLC no-light-grown pea micgrogreens. A slice of Foote Farms Cheddar Jalapeño sourdough was drizzled with olive oil and placed on a griddle. Topped with Bulgarian sheep's milk cheese, rotisserie chicken, a smear of Jimmy's Salad Dressings and Dips Extra Chunky Blue Cheese Dressing and SuckerPunchFiery Heat Three Pepper Pickles. Finished with another slice of cheddar jalapeño bread and griddled until browned and toasty.

Happy Market Day Eve!!

Just a reminder that we will be on the opposite side of the building starting tomorrow! We are flip-flopping booths with Spinler Goods & Greens (thank you kindly, Pat, for the accomodation!). There will be no more big green tent- but still plenty of micros. 🌱😊
