At Limestone River Labradors, one thing we take a lot of pride in is creating a calm, respectful pack environment—especially when it comes to mealtime. 🐾🍽️

We put in the time, consistency, and training to ensure all of our dogs can eat together without food aggression. It’s not something that just “happens”—it’s something we work on every single day to build trust, structure, and good manners within our pack. 💛

And now… little Gus Gus is officially in training! 🐶✨
He’s learning the ropes from the big dogs and slowly being integrated into our mealtime routine. Watching him grow in confidence and understanding is the sweetest thing. We’re so proud of how well he’s doing already!

Our sweet Gus Gus is growing up WAY too fast 🥹🐾

It feels like just yesterday he was this tiny little guy who had to jump up just to reach the big dogs’ water bowl 💦🐶 Now?! He casually walks right up and sticks his whole head in like he owns the place 😅

Watching him grow, gain confidence, and turn into such a big boy already has been the sweetest journey 💛 We’re soaking up every moment because it’s happening in the blink of an eye! 🥰💛🥰

We can officially say… our new little guy has found his FAVORITE toy 🐾💙

There’s nothing quite like a sweet pupdate to lift your spirits 🐾💛

We received the most wonderful update from one of our past families, and it truly did my heart good. Seeing one of our babies thriving, loved, and living their best life is the greatest reminder of why we do what we do.

Especially while healing from the loss of our recent litter, this little moment meant more than words can express. These dogs leave paw prints on our hearts forever, and getting to watch their journeys continue is such a blessing 🐶✨

It is with a heavy heart that we must announce that the litter between Clifford and Madison did not go as planned. Due to some unfortunate circumstances, her pregnancy ended in a c-section and the litter was lost. We are so saddened by this and our hearts go out to momma Madison and her humans. She is now recovering at home and resting in the whelping box that should have been holding not only her, but her babies too. Please keep Madison and her family in your thoughts and prayers as we all heal from this experience. ❤️‍🩹❤️‍🩹❤️‍🩹💔💔💔

Gus Gus had a BIG milestone yesterday! 🐾☀️ For the very first time, he got to play outside of the ex-pen with all of the big dogs—and it couldn’t have gone better! 💛🐶

Everyone soaked up the sunshine, enjoyed the warm weather, and had the best time together. Gus Gus held his own and fit right in with the crew! 🌿🐕✨

My momma heart couldn’t be more proud of how well it went! 🥹🐾
