Ms. Taylor was a remarkable woman. She was a very compassionate individual who cared greatly for both humans & animals. We offer our condolences to her family & pray for their peace. We are deeply appreciative of Ms. Taylor thinking of our 100% non-profit organization by requesting donations be made to us in her memory. She continues to give selflessly even now.

Want to turn your love for animals into a truly rewarding job? The Animal Shelter Society, Inc. is hiring part-time team members.
Taking care of the over 100 dogs & cats at our facility (beside Zane State College) is a 365-day mission. As a 100% non-profit organization, our team works year-round to keep our animals safe, healthy, enriched, & loved while they await their forever homes.
You won't get rich or get dental benefits working here, but you will be enriched by giving back to animals who need us most.
We are currently accepting resumes for the following year-round (non-seasonal) positions:
Kennel Assistants
Veterinary Assistants
Maintenance Technician
