We are looking for a compassionate, detail-oriented individual to join our Pet Aftercare
Team. This role is ideal for someone who values dignity, empathy, and meaningful work while
supporting families and veterinary clinics during sensitive moments.
✨ About the Role
As a Suite Coordinator, you’ll be an essential part of providing respectful, professional aftercare
services. Responsibilities include working directly with pet families and veterinary clinics,
handling pets with care, and preparing memorial items with precision and compassion.
✨ Key Responsibilities
● Coordinate aftercare services with families and veterinary clinics
● Intake pets at our business suite
● Perform pet pickups from homes and veterinary clinics
● Create clay and ink paw prints and collect hair clippings
● Process cremated remains into bags and seal urns properly
● Engrave urns accurately and neatly
● Maintain a clean, organized, and respectful workspace
● Interact with clients in a calm, supportive, and professional manner
✨ Job Requirements
● Strong customer service and communication skills
● Compassion and respect for pets and their families
● Basic computer skills
● Ability to work with deceased pets
● Ability to lift up to 115 lbs
● Strong time-management and multitasking skills
● Dependable and punctual
● Must possess a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under the company’s commercial auto insurance (clean driving record required)
● Must pass a drug screening
● Availability to work weekends (possible overtime after normal business hours)
