🎉 Guess who’s celebrating a birthday today? Chris is turning the big 4-1! 🎈

Sharing a couple of our favorite moments-from feeding our very first rhino (a dream he worked incredibly hard to make a reality) to winning Businessman of the Year in Carroll County. 💼👏

Michael and I might say we run the show… but let’s be honest, Chris keeps us on our toes and everyone else in line. 😄

Today, we celebrate not just Chris’s birthday—but the legacy he’s building and the dream he’s still chasing.

Another buffalo calf was born this week! 🦬 This mama needed a little help with delivery, but thanks to Huntingdon Animal Clinic and our amazing staff, we were able to save both mom and baby. We’re happy to report they’re both doing great today! 💛

$79/adult, $59/children 3-10, 2 and under is free. Optional encounter add on with the kangaroos, giraffes, sloths 🦥 $25/person.

🦒 We are hiring for a full time position. 🦥 If you are interested in working at Southland Safari we would like to hear from you. Before you decide to send your resume please consider the following:

> You would be responsible for the care of the animals during all seasons. Winters are cold 🥶 & summers are 🥵 hot.
> Physical Labor- Must be able to lift at least 50lbs
> Our animals depend on you. Are you able to arrive to work on time?
> Must have reliable transportation
> Must be 18 years or older

About the Animal Care position:
* Feeding of animals- including diet preparation
* Behavioral observation of the animals
* Enclosuring maintenance including upkeeping the grounds of the safari & campground
* Providing environmental enrichment for the animals
* Cleaning & assisting with upkeep of the facility
* Self motivated
* Full time position
