Everything seems to have gone smoothly with the porting over to Paw's P**p Patrol and we look forward to serving you. Please give that page a follow.
We are very active there and play games from time to time and also have dog treat giveaways.
We would hate for you all to miss those as those will not be cross posted.

We also have a sister company which is a self serve dog wash and treat boutique in a Yukon at Paw's Pampered Pups
This opened in November and we offered all of Paws a free dog wash.
We would like to extend that to you as well. So, if you'd like to take us up that offer please do so.
Just mention you're a customer which they will verify at the computer and from there it's on us. Good for one wash anytime.

we find ourselves in a very unique situation this morning.
None of us have cell service which is how our CRM works when we are running our routes. Nor have a have way of reaching out to our whole team letting them know what we are doing.
We have thought all morning about all or any ways possible we could still run our full routes. Unfortunately, I just don't see how we can pull it off without cell service. This is a nationwide outage so please be understanding if we don't make it out today. Today and Friday are our busiest days and with the system doing the porting of the weekend we won't be able to run any routes Saturday or Sunday for making today up. We are greatly sorry for this inconvenience but please know this is out of our control and if we could make it work, we would 100% .
All that said if cell service is restored today we will get out and get to who we can today, if not these visits might just have to be made up during next week, it's very possible we have to push this until the next service day Thursday.
This has NEVER happened before so please be patient as we work thru it the best we can

With this acquisition, we are looking forward to integrating the operations of Doggy Doo Care into our existing service offerings. As a result, we will be transitioning all client information, including scheduling and billing, to our CRM system, which is also through Sweep and Go. This integration will allow us to efficiently manage all customer locations on one map for optimized routing, ensuring that we can continue to provide you with timely and reliable service.

We want to assure you that this transition will not impact our billing process. We will continue to bill on the first of each month to the cards on file, maintaining a seamless experience for you.

The integration of the system will take place on February 23rd, 2024. We are dedicated to making this transition as smooth as possible for you. We will be keeping the trucks off the road today Monday 2/12
These visits will be made up on Tuesday 2/13 Shawnee we will be out east in Thursday
Sorry for any inconvenience, but most areas just have too much snow pack on the lawns

The roads around our service areas are just too bad to run our routes on. All jobs today will be rescheduled for later in the week.

We can only hope this time of year when the weather hits. We will watch this closely and hope to be able to run the routes. But the safety of our staff is our #1 priority. Not to mention half the gates could be frozen shut.
Please understand and know we will do everything we can to stay caught up as the weather is forever changing since it is Oklahoma.

🚨Monday Clients🚨

Route updates for tomorrow:

-If you are located in Edmond, your service has been moved to Tuesday.

-If you are located in Moore/Newcastle, your service has been moved to Wednesday.

-If you are located in Shawnee or north of Shawnee, your service has been moved to Thursday.

-If you are located between Midwest City and Shawnee you will be serviced tomorrow on schedule

We appreciate all of your understanding. As a leadership team we have spent time on the roads and engaged with our team. Their safety is our top priority. While most highways are clear, residential neighborhoods (where most of y’all live) are mostly snow packed and icy. As a result we are servicing what we can and tomorrow with team members comfortable with the road conditions, and rescheduling the remaining jobs throughout the week. We will send out individual texts tomorrow morning to those affected. We just didn’t want to keep you in the dark any longer. Stay warm y’all!

***Important service updates***

Winter has come with a vengeance! I guess we deserve the punishment for enjoying 50s and 60s into December😂

We are currently tracking potential road issues for Friday and Monday (Maybe Tuesday). Regardless of the forecast we will wait until the day of to make any major adjustments (It is Oklahoma after all).

Here is where we currently stand:

Friday: With little to no accumulation projected, we will likely still service. However we will be pulling as many jobs from Friday as we can and moving them to Thursday, so we can shorten Friday in the event there is some morning ice on the roads.

Monday: We will make the call on Sunday. As of now it is unlikely that we will service Monday, due to the potential for accumulation over 1in between Sunday and Monday. Since Monday is mostly rural, we expect roads will not be clear of snow and ice.

Tuesday: As of now we intend to service Tuesday, but temps may reach dangerous levels. We’ll monitor this closely.

This is just an informational announcement! Assume we are coming unless you hear otherwise from us directly. We will try our best to get to everyone on schedule, but please bare with us as our technicians’ safety is our top priority. Please ensure your gate locks are not frozen locked when we arrive, and ensure gates can be opened. If we can’t open a gate we’ll have to skip you for the day.🐾
