Meet Luna! Luna is a 2-year-old Great Dane/Lab mix with a truly sweet nature. She’s great with most other dogs, enjoys playtime, and would love a home where she can join you on walks, hikes, or even a day by the water.

She can be a little unsure around some men (not all), and just needs a patient heart who will give her a moment to warm up. Once she trusts you, she is loyal, affectionate, and incredibly devoted.

Luna would do best in a quieter home — a single adopter or a calm couple who can give her consistency, routine, and lots of love. She doesn’t need chaos; she needs companionship.

Remember Dino — the sweet girl we found alone and injured in the dark? Thanks to you, she got the care she desperately needed. Because of your generosity, her medical costs are fully covered.

On Saturday, Dino underwent surgery, and she’s now resting comfortably, stealing hearts left and right. Her injury was severe enough that she’ll need physical therapy as she heals, but her spirit? Untouched. She’s soft, she’s loving, and she’s already trying to convince us she’s ready to play again.

We can’t thank you enough for helping us save her. Truly — you made this possible.

While Dino is taken care of, she’s just one of many pets who walk through our doors needing help, safety, and second chances. If you’d like to keep supporting our work, every dollar, every share, and every donation helps us say “yes” to the next Dino.

Our FREE vaccine clinic is taking place TODAY from 10am to 12pm!

We offer free DAPPV and HCP vaccines. In addition, we will be offering Bordetella and microchips for $20 each. Vaccines are supplied by ❤️

To get into the Thanksgiving spirit we will have free pet food, pet clothing and other pet supplies while supplies last! 🦃

Reminder that dogs MUST be on leash and cats MUST be in a carrier or you will be turned away. This is for their safety and the safety of others! Thank you!

In the Thanksgiving spirit, we will be giving away a limited amount of dog & cat food, pet clothing and supplies. First come, first serve! 🦃

Our clinic will be from 10am to 12pm while supplies last. DAPPV & HCP vaccines are FREE. We will also be offering Bordetella and microchips for $20 each! 💉

Please remember: Dogs must be on leash and cats must be in a carrier for their safety and ours! 🐶❤️🐱

Recently, on our drive home from YAPS, a pair of terrified eyes caught our headlights on the freeway off-ramp. We pulled over, walked down the shoulder in the dark, and found her curled up in the brush — shaking, injured, and completely alone.

We scooped her up and immediately knew something was wrong. Her leg was limp, her body covered in road rash, and she was in shock. X-rays later confirmed what we feared: her leg is badly broken and requires surgery.

We’ve been calling her Dino (Dee-No) — our little San BernarDINO miracle 💛

And despite everything she’s been through, she’s already wagging her tail, rolling over for belly rubs, and learning that people can be safe.

Her surgery is tomorrow, and we need help fundraising so she can grow up pain-free.
