My husband and I were at Disney and I was so happy to meet and talk to one of my favorite Disney live streamers/vloggers, Janel Love I have her stream on my TV daily, and I leave her on for Quill when I’m out. She laughed when I told her this and said she hears that often. So if you’re both AND a Disney lover, definitely follow her!!! I’m also an avid fan of Tonya Board Blakey and met her, but didn’t ask for a photo as she was streaming. I definitely encourage Disney lovers to join her crazy crew! Thank you to both of you for bringing the magic to us daily!

Today is National Black Dog Day, a day to celebrate black dogs and bring attention to "Black Dog Syndrome"—a phenomenon where dark-haired dogs are frequently overlooked or wait longer in shelters than lighter-colored pets.

I hit publish on a new post today… and then realized I’ve actually written about this same thing before, back in April. But five months in a dog’s life is a whole chapter, and so much has changed.

Quill and I have created new routines, started new activities, and bonded while navigating a full year since Tinkerbell passed.

This article is about going from a two to one-dog household and intentionally waiting to add a canine family member.
