It's the holiday season once again and we are beginning to take donations through the end of December for Blackford County Animal Shelter and Grateful Rescue & Sanctuary.

We will be having three drawings again this year. For every dollar or item donated you will receive an entry into our drawings for a $25, $50 or $100 GIFT CERTIFICATE towards grooming! We will draw the winners on Thursday December 23rd so you have plenty of time to bring in much needed donations.

Some items needed are food, cleaning supplies, cages, blankets, toys and cash. Thank you for your donations and good luck with the drawing!!!

Good morning!

Most of my customers are aware that I've been grooming for 30yrs this year and I'm rewarding myself with extra time off this Fall. (YAY!) The shop will be closed October 17th through November 7th. We will not be responding to any messages until we return to work on November 8th.

Just a reminder that I'm not accepting any new clients.

I am currently booked SOLID until December 15th. The majority of my customers are pre booked through the end of the year and I only have a dozen or so appointments available for the remainder of the year. If anyone has to cancel their upcoming appointment please note that it is highly unlikely that I will be able to reschedule you until December, or possibly even January, unless another appointment opens up before then. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but I am simply that booked up.

Thank you to all my customers for your patience and understanding when it comes to scheduling, and for 30 successful years in the grooming industry.

32 is being paved today so it's down to one lane with a flagger and they currently have the side street, Plum, by my shop blocked. Traffic is a mess downtown Yorktown so if you have an appointment today, and I'm sure tomorrow as well, expect delays and you might have to come around the back way. Thank you.

Traffic on 32 in front of the shop is already backed up this morning...... Hopefully they will have most of this done by next week, but just a heads up to my customers to expect a possible delay when dropping off or picking up.

We will be having a price increase beginning July 1st. Most small and medium breeds will be increased $3-$5. Some medium and most large breeds will be increased $10.

Dogs who are just getting nails trimmed and filed will be raised to $10 for small/medium breeds and $15 for large breeds.

Also, just a reminder that we currently are not taking any new clients.

Just a reminder that we are booked several months ahead and not accepting ANY new clients. If you have not been here within the last 6 months and not currently scheduled you are considered a new client. We have no room to fit in ANY new clients, even for a bath.

Good afternoon!

We are currently booking 3 months ahead and not taking any new clients.

If you are an existing client who is planning on adding to your fur baby family, please anticipate future appointments you may need and call as much in advance as possible to add to your existing schedule. Doing so will be very much appreciated!
