Open Clinic Hours
9:00am until 11:00am Monday through Friday
Starting March 1, 2022

The front door will remain locked until noon Monday through Friday.

Starting at 8:00am, please call or text 717-843-6060 as soon as you arrive to get checked in.

If you are dropping your pet off to stay with us for the day (surgery, medical procedure), OR your pet needs fasted bloodwork, a staff member will gather some information over the phone and then ask you to meet us at the front door. You may come into the waiting room to fill out paperwork and go over any information needed with the technician.

If you are here for open clinic hours, we will gather basic information over the phone and put you in a queue that is based on your arrival time and reason for visit. This time is determined by monitoring cameras that are located in the parking lots as well as the urgency of your pet’s needs. Please remain in your vehicle until a staff member contacts you again.

At 9:00am we begin seeing the pets waiting for open hours. A staff member will call you to come to the front door. You will be allowed to wait in the waiting room until it’s your turn. We are limiting the number of clients in the hospital to 4 (four). As soon as one client is checked out, we will call the next person in the queue to come to the front door.

Notes:

We still require masks to be worn while in the building.

You may opt to be curbside.

We hit capacity by 9:00/9:30am many mornings.

Our office will be operating at a limited capacity on Monday, February 14, 2022 through Friday, February 19, 2022. The veterinarians will be off site attending a veterinary conference. Staff members will be available from 8am until 5pm each day to answer questions, refill allowable medications and food orders, and schedule appointments. If your pet needs emergency attention or is in distress, please contact one of our local emergency facilities: AERC (York) 717-767-5355, PETS (Lancaster) 717-295-7387, Mason Dixon (Shrewsbury) 717-432-6030.

Due to staffing shortages, we are amending our regular business hours. Effective tomorrow, September 23, 2021, our office will close one hour earlier each weekday evening. Phones will be forwarded to our after hours service at 6pm each weekday evening.
