Beacon Dog is proud to be sponsoring an adoption event on 10/19 at the York County SPCA. During this event, adoptions are half off to the adopter and Beacon Dog will pick up the other half. We will also have a table at the event to answer all your training and behavior questions. See ya there!

York County SPCA will have a series of events centered around pit bull-type dogs in October during Pit Bull Awareness Month.

10 years ago, I began my journey with the York County SPCA. At the time, I saw it as a way to spend more time with my dad. He and I started volunteering and had such good times walking dogs together.

This pic was taken in early December 2015 at my first event.

Little did I know then, I’d be more involved as a volunteer, and now as a dog trainer and canine behavior specialist. I’m proud to announce that my company, Beacon Dog, is a training resource for the York County SPCA.
