Receiving these messages from a new client today really has warmed my heart.
If you are thinking about taking lessons, and not sure how it could help you.. or you’re to embarrassed to fail… just try it! Don’t give up on yourself- reach out, do your research on the trainer you’re hiring, and get educated. This is never an over night process, it gets worse before it gets better. Trust the process, trust your trainer and follow direction.. you WILL succeed. 👏
