Deardorff Highland Cattle is a family owned and operated business that produces naturally raised purebred Scottish Highland Cattle. Our Scottish Highland Cattle are Grass Fed and Finished as well as being Hormone, Anti biotic, and GMO free from birth. We take great pride in providing a delicious and clean product to our customers. We sell meat by the individual cut and also in bulk by 1/4, 1/2, or

whole beef. Buying in bulk is the most economical by far, you will never beat the price going to the meat counter at your local store. We also cater to the extreme fitness demographic. Highland beef fits into the paleo diet perfectly and is much higher in protein and lower in fat and cholesterol than other types of beef. We are available for catering and specialize in fitness competitions such as The Granite Games, Heart of America and the Crossfit 80/35 Circus just to name a few. We are also currently seeking a restaurant or grocery outlet for our ground beef.
