April is Lyme Disease Prevention Month

Do you know how to prevent Lyme disease or other tick-borne diseases?

While it is rarely found in Washington state, it is the most commonly-reported tick-borne disease in the United States.

Be sure to keep your pet on flea/tick prevention. Especially when traveling to areas where it is more common.

We have a Bravecto promotion going now- when you purchase 6 months of protection. Call, text or PetDesk message to request a refill for your pet!

Transmitted through tick bites, Lyme disease can be hard to detect and cause serious, recurring health issues. It's best to prevent it by preventing tick bites.

The best explanation of interhousehold aggression I’ve heard. If your dogs fight amongst themselves, you must take control and set those boundaries. It’s gonna take a little time and consistency to set those boundaries!

02/25/2024

Yep- they need a lifetime coach!

Another great explanation!

It’s time to start thinking about the Wags to Riches Animal Rescue and helping them to raise some $$. Our rescues are currently stretched to their limits and every dollar helps. Join us for spaghetti!

We hope to see you there!!!

We are BACK at the National Guard Armory again for our Annual Spay~ghetti and No Balls Fundraiser.

Rescue is overwhelming. The number of animals needing our help is overwhelming. We can't save them all and that is a hard reality.

WHAT we can do is HELP THE PROBLEM at the source. Unwanted litters. This fund pays to spay/neuter companion animals for disabled, low income or active military in the Yakima Valley.
