I cannot thank you or Becky enough for your parts in getting Zoey home safely. She is very tired, hungry and thirsty but otherwise seems OK.
We have made many trips to SCVC as a Wags to Riches foster family and volunteer. I would never guess she would have traveled the 10+ miles to you. She now has her favorite blanket and her sister Charlotte (aka Shyla from Wags) back. And we have her.
This boy is missing. If you see him come in please hold him for me. There is a reward for his return. His name is Ricochet and he is indeed microchipped. He is a broken coat Jack Russell Terrier and coming 16 weeks old. I have papers, vet records, pictures.
My number is 512.743.7280 I also have pics from his breeder and him and I together. I need him back beyond what words could say.
He went missing Aug 28th around 8am off Mapleway in Gleed area.
Have to say I think I like my new Vet clinic. Third time is a charm. I have told each clinic Rosco is constantly itchy and always scratching. I also told them I thought he had an ear infection because he was constantly pawing at his ears and would rub his ears in the grass. I had an allergy test done and changed his food and am very diligent in looking at food ingredients. None of them ever did anything and wouldn’t thoroughly inspect his ears. Well the first appt at the new Vet, they came out and asked me things I hadn’t even brought up to them. He has now had 2 allergy shots and is not anywhere as itchy as he had been. His flaky skin has reduced drastically and they inspected his ears and said he in fact does have an ear infection and they packed both ears to address it. Sophia, Norman and Bernie are all going in to get their teeth cleaned, Rosco’s teeth are amazing so no need, which I’m sure the other 2 places would have said he needed to have them cleaned. Summitview/Cowiche Vet is quite a way out from my house but the fact they truly care is well worth the drive. And the cost is not anymore expensive. If you’re looking for a good Vet I truly recommend them with 10 stars. The staff are all amazing as well. Very friendly. Thank you Becky Tanasse-Pascua for the recommendation. I won’t mention the other 2 clinics because I’m not about to bash them. I’m sure others who go there have had different experiences, they just weren’t the right fit for my babies health.
Thanks Doc and all the staff - we appreciate you all ❤ Stay safe!
THANK YOU DR KEN, DR RAMSEY AND ALL THE VET AND STAFF AT THIS AMAZING CLINIC.
I took my main man Dude, in this morning because of a distended and tight belly, that just didn't seem right to me. Other than that, he was right as rain.
X rays revealed a HUGE mass on his spleen and they cleared their schedules to get him on the operating table this afternoon where they pulled a 12 pound mass with spleen attached, out of his abdomen.
Had this ruptured, which it could have very easily done (check out canine deaths from ruptured spleens) he most certainly would have died before I could rush him to help.
THIS IS WHY I LOVE THESE DOCS AND THIS CLINIC.
Because of their swift and concerned action and skilled hands, my dog Dude and I will have many more years together.
They are simply the best. 😍
Thank you all for your help with Dexter. He loved coming in and seeing everybody anytime we came in for food or even a bath. Even Friday he was happy to be able to say hi. Thanks for everything.
Lucy wants to thank Dr Lust and Summitview Cowiche Vet Clinic for sponsoring the cutting show.... New halter and leads are always nice to win!!
Crackin Taz aka Lucy and I won the 2000 Limit Rider 😁
While Dr Ken is away on vacation, Dr Hambone Hamilton will be filling in. Appointments will be feline based only, his allergies to canines tends to flare up this time of year. *giggle giggle*
This little girl will be ready for her furever home this weekend. 20.00 adoption fee to help cover first shots/vet care etc..Very healthy. Dont want her to become a barn cat. She is Using litter box and eating wet /dry cat food. Must have proof of vet and sign a contract to neuter when he is old enough. If this is a new pet please do your homework as to what these guys require as far as immunizations, etc. Kittens are cute but they do grow up. Dr Lust and his team can continue with his care.
